Every effort is made to ensure that all information on this website is correct – the information either comes directly from the Warborough & Shillingford Festival Committee, organisers of specific events or is gathered from other sources provided by the people or organisation involved.

However, due to the nature of how all this information gets supplied and put together for this site, mistakes will sometimes be made, details will get changed and not necessarily updated immediately (or at all), or things may just get forgotten.

If you are aware of anything specific on this website that is incorrect, misleading, confusing,defamatory, or you'd just rather it wasn't published, please e-mail us and it will be given urgent attention.

We also like to hear from you if you have idea or suggestions for improving the site.

Please remember the overall intention of this web site is to support a worthwhile fundraising event and that it is being operated in a volountary and non-commercial wayas part of the Festival event and will hopefully continue to operate and support on-going fundraising and events well into the future.

Privacy

We do not record personal information in the course of operating this site.

We do not use cookies.

This web site does contain e-mail links by which event information may be requested, or Warborough & Shillingford Festival Committee members contacted, by invoking the user's default email client. Users of these email links do so entirely at their own discretion.

We will only use this information to reply by e-mail, either acknowledging receipt of your message and in the course of acting upon it.

The 'Email a friend about our web site' feature is run entirely via CDO mail object scripting and no names, email addresses or personal messages are recorded or stored. All data relating to any particular message is deleted upon closure of each message script. Undeliverable mail will be referred to the email address specified by the user (sender) as 'Your email address".

General statisitical data is collected from use of the web site via a third-part statistics mechanism and may be used to gain information about the level of use of the website and traffic paths through the site. Photographs of festival activities will be published on this site and we will only identify specific individuals within a photograph with prior permission.
